About The Position

The Commercial & Residential Cleaning Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role with the REMS cleaning team. The supervisor keeps the cleaning team organized and on track, oversees cleaning work across properties, and steps in as needed to help complete the work. The role requires flexibility to respond to changing priorities and operational needs, including potential evening hours. The position serves properties in Baraboo, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Passion for laundry, cleaning, and delivering a spotless end product.
Positive attitude and ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with others.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various properties as needed.
Flexible schedule to support operational needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met across properties.
Provide direction, training, and support to team members.
Perform hands-on cleaning, property upkeep, and coverage support when needed.
Communicate effectively with management and team members across shifts.
Notify management of observed deficiencies or repair needs.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Travel to various properties as needed.
