About The Position

The Commercial & Residential Cleaning Team Member helps keep properties clean, welcoming, and well cared for through a range of routine cleaning tasks. The role covers interior and exterior cleaning at properties in Baraboo, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. Day and night shift opportunities may be available depending on location and property needs. The schedule is flexible, with team members able to create their own schedule within the property’s requested timeline and management requirements.

The position requires travel to various properties as needed and may involve safely using ladders for cleaning and maintenance-related tasks. Candidates may first complete a phone screen with HR and then an onsite interview with REMS leadership.

REMS is part of the MBE CPAs affiliate group and provides property management services to property owners and tenants across Wisconsin.

Requirements

• A passion for laundry and cleaning and for providing a spotless end product.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to various properties as needed.
• Ability to support a flexible schedule based on property needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a cleaning role is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete laundry and clean common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfaces.
• Scrub and sanitize interior spaces and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Perform window washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning tasks.
• Safely use ladders for cleaning and maintenance-related tasks.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Collaborate with other cleaning staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
