About The Position

Office Pride of West Kentucky is hiring a hands-on Commercial Cleaning Team Lead to help keep customers’ workplaces clean while training, supporting, and leading cleaning technicians. This is a working leadership role that involves cleaning alongside the team when needed, coaching employees, inspecting accounts, addressing service and quality issues, and taking ownership of results. The position pays $17 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with eight-hour shifts scheduled between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m., typically 11 a.m.–8 p.m. or 1 p.m.–10 p.m. The company describes its mission as honoring God by positively impacting people and workplaces, and emphasizes integrity, teamwork, personal growth, and treating people with love and respect.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties alongside the team when needed and lead by example.
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards.
• Inspect assigned accounts and provide constructive feedback.
• Address missed cleans, customer complaints, and quality concerns.
• Monitor labor hours, supplies, and open service requests.
• Communicate regularly with team members and management.
• Take initiative to solve problems and ensure customers receive excellent service.
