About The Position

Office Pride of West Kentucky is hiring a hands-on Commercial Cleaning Team Lead to help maintain clean customer workplaces while training, supporting, and leading cleaning technicians. The role combines cleaning duties with team leadership and is a working position, not a desk job. The team lead is expected to help uphold company standards, address service and quality concerns, and take ownership of results.

The position pays $17 per hour starting, with potential for growth based on performance. Responsibilities

• Lead by example and perform cleaning duties alongside the team when needed.
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards.
• Inspect assigned accounts and provide constructive feedback.
• Address missed cleans, customer complaints, and quality concerns.
• Monitor labor hours, supplies, and open service requests.
• Communicate regularly with team members and management.
• Take initiative to solve problems and ensure customers receive excellent service.
