About The Position

Alpine Maids is hiring house cleaners to clean homes in an assigned zone, working independently or with a partner. Cleaners can decide how to run each home and may build relationships with regular clients. The work is physical, and no prior cleaning experience is needed because training is provided. This is a W-2 position. Pay starts at $21.50 per hour, and experienced maids average $27 per hour. Employees are paid by the job, so their hourly rate can increase as they work more efficiently. Tips, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities are also offered. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.; most maids work about 30–35 hours per week. There are no night or weekend shifts, and employees have no work duties to take home after clocking out. Benefits are available to employees working 30 or more hours per week.
