About The Position

The Night Shift Production Technician is proficient at three positions on a production line and performs the functions of those positions accurately and efficiently. The role covers Bagger, Mixer, and Floor Operations. The technician complies with safety regulations, work rules, standard operating procedures, and company policies, and ensures the line meets all BRC, GMP, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Bagger, Mixer, and Floor Operations.
• Ability to perform assigned production-line functions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow written instructions and formulas.
• Compliance with safety regulations, food safety procedures, BRC and GMP requirements, and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Competently operate equipment and perform all aspects of Mixing, Bagging, and Floor Operations.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
• Follow all written instructions and formulas.
• Comply with safety regulations and food safety procedures, including BRC and GMP requirements and specifications, and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure the production line meets BRC, GMP, and safety standards.
