About The Position

Oriana House Inc. is seeking a Resident Supervisor Intern for Fall 2026 in Marietta, OH. This is an unpaid internship opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in community corrections and client services. The intern will assist with maintaining client whereabouts, supporting policy implementation, completing documentation, and supervising daily routines. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility.
• Support the effective implementation of agency and program policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation, including whereabouts/counts, shift reports, incident reports, and individual client logs.
• Help supervise clients’ daily routines and scheduled activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
