About The Position

Cogent Analytics is seeking a curious, practical intern to help improve how its teams work using AI and automation. The intern will work on real business problems, learn existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and use AI to build useful solutions. This internship requires in-person attendance at the Greensboro, North Carolina office for a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Requirements

• Think through processes, ask good questions, and enjoy figuring things out.
• Be comfortable experimenting with AI tools, learning as you go, and following a project from idea through implementation.
• Be available to work on-site at the Greensboro, North Carolina office for a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Nice To Haves

• Coding experience is helpful but optional.
• Students in business, operations, information systems, computer science, or related fields are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to understand workflows and identify ways to simplify repetitive tasks.
