About The Position

This is an unpaid internship position for Fall 2026, located in Tiffin, OH. The Resident Supervisor Intern will assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility, support the effective implementation of agency and program policies and procedures, and accurately complete required documentation. The intern will also help supervise clients’ daily routines and scheduled activities and perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility.
• Support the effective implementation of agency and program policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation, including whereabouts/counts, shift reports, incident reports, and individual client logs.
• Help supervise clients’ daily routines and scheduled activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
