Your role will be to foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming living environment, support residents with day-to-day needs and program expectations, monitor facility operations and resident activities, respond to concerns, emergencies, and resident inquiries as needed, maintain accurate documentation and records, and work collaboratively with staff to promote resident well-being and program success. We are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and stable environment where youth and young adults can improve their overall health, well-being, and independence. Through our supervised transitional housing program, we help individuals experiencing homelessness build life skills, access resources, and achieve personal goals. Our dedicated staff work to provide stability, guidance, and immediate support, empowering youth and young adults to overcome challenges and create a successful path toward self-sufficiency.
