About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring part-time Resident Concierges in Miami, Florida. The Resident Concierge serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, creating welcoming first impressions and building positive relationships through personalized service. The role focuses on assisting residents and prospects, fostering community, supporting a well-maintained property, and providing a consistently positive experience. The position may require weekend or evening work depending on the shift and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. Candidates are invited to an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, November 4, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern. Applicants should bring an updated resume and wear business-professional attire. A recruiter will provide the event location and schedule an interview after applicants complete a brief questionnaire. Offers may be extended to qualified candidates within 48 hours of the event.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp, professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customers’ needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
