About The Position

Menzies Aviation is holding a hiring event to recruit for BSO Agent, BSO Supervisor, CSA Agent, and CSA Supervisor roles. Candidates must apply through the Menzies Careers page before submitting documentation at the event and complete the Customer Service Assessment beforehand. The event is scheduled for November 3, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at 1745 Phoenix Blvd., Suite 410, College Park, Georgia 30349. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, proficient in spoken and written English, and permanent residents of the United States. Airside staff must obtain an airport identification badge; obtaining a badge with a customs seal requires passing FBI and other background checks. Candidates must also submit to and pass a drug test. Most below-the-wing roles are primarily outdoors and require working in all weather conditions. A flexible schedule is needed because airline schedules change frequently. Candidates must bring valid original identification documents. Accepted options are a valid Class C or better driver's license and a U.S. passport or passport card; alternatively, candidates without a passport must bring a valid Class C or better driver's license, Social Security card, and U.S. birth certificate or Permanent Resident Card. Work authorization cards are not accepted. Original documents must be intact; digital copies are not accepted. Business-casual attire is required, including a collared shirt or blouse, dress pants, and closed-toe shoes. The dress code is strictly enforced.
