About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral member of a cross-functional team caring for patients with kidney disease. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). The role involves providing dialysis treatment and coordinating patient assessment and care planning activities with an interdisciplinary team. The position is promoted at a hiring event on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Parry's Pizzeria and Taphouse, 550 N. Jackson Rd, Pharr, TX 78577.

Requirements

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of current nursing experience.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment directly to patients.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments, and monitor patients during treatment.
• Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Participate in required patient assessment and care planning activities as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure center staffing requirements are met under the direction of the Administrator and in accordance with state staffing-ratio regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws and regulations under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.
• Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
• Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
