About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring part-time Resident Concierges in Miami, Florida. Resident Concierges are the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, creating welcoming first impressions and building positive relationships through personalized service. The role focuses on assisting residents and prospects, fostering community, maintaining a well-organized and carefully cared-for property, and supporting resident engagement and brand loyalty. The position includes working weekends or evenings depending on the shift and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. Candidates are invited to an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, November 4, from 10 AM to 3 PM EST. Applicants should complete a brief questionnaire, after which a recruiter will provide the event location and schedule an interview. Candidates should bring an updated resume and wear business-professional attire. Offers may be extended to qualified candidates within 48 hours of the event.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
