About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring a full-time Resident Concierge in Miami, Florida. The Resident Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents, creating strong first impressions and building positive relationships through personalized, attentive service. The role focuses on assisting residents and prospects, fostering community, supporting a well-maintained residential environment, and encouraging resident engagement and brand loyalty. The position may require weekend or evening work depending on the shift.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp, professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• An eye for detail and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.

• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
