Resident Care Manager - RN
About The Position
The Resident Care Manager (RCM) is an RN who conducts and coordinates the development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including implementation of CAAs. The role coordinates with physicians, healthcare providers, facility interdisciplinary teams, and families. The RCM manages resident care through Charge Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Medication Nurses to support residents’ quality of life and care. The facility uses electronic medical records and electronic charting systems. Hands-on training is provided on Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate state.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
- 2–3 years of experience working as an RN.

- Experience in Nurse Supervisor roles.
