About The Position

Harbor View Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate, motivated clinical leader to oversee resident care in its 46-bed CBRF community. The Resident Care Director leads clinical operations and resident care services, supports a resident-centered culture, and works with residents, families, and team members to promote exceptional care. An active LPN license is strongly preferred. The employer is an independent operating subsidiary associated with The Pennant Group, Inc.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification as required.
• Passion for serving older adults and supporting team development.

Nice To Haves

• Current LPN license preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical operations and resident care services.
• Conduct resident assessments, service planning, and ongoing evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, resident rights, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop the clinical team.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and therapy providers.
• Monitor quality outcomes, medication management, clinical documentation, and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Support occupancy efforts through resident assessments and admission evaluations.
• Promote accountability, compassion, and excellence in resident care.
