About The Position

Harbor View Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate, motivated clinical leader to oversee resident care and clinical operations at its 46-bed CBRF community. The Resident Care Director supports a resident-centered culture and coordinates care with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and therapy providers. An active LPN license is strongly preferred. The employer is an independent operating subsidiary of The Pennant Group, Inc.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification as required.
• Passion for serving older adults and supporting team development.

Nice To Haves

• Current LPN license is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical operations and resident care services.
• Conduct resident assessments, develop service plans, and complete ongoing evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, resident rights, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop the clinical team.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and therapy providers.
• Monitor quality outcomes, medication management, clinical documentation, and risk reduction initiatives.
• Support occupancy efforts through resident assessments and admission evaluations.
• Promote accountability, compassion, and excellence in resident care.
