About The Position

Calyx Living is hiring a Resident Care Director (RN or LPN) to oversee resident care at its contemporary assisted living community in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The director will supervise and support care staff, manage and train the resident care team, ensure regulatory compliance, complete resident assessments and care plans, and conduct compliance audits and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

• RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership and clinical nursing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the resident care department through supervision and hands-on support of care staff.
• Manage and train resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents.
• Conduct daily and weekly compliance audits and quality assurance initiatives.
