About The Position

Calyx Living is hiring a Resident Care Director who is an RN or LPN to oversee resident care at its contemporary assisted living community in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The role includes supervising and supporting care staff, managing and training the resident care team, maintaining regulatory compliance, completing resident assessments and care plans, and conducting compliance audits and quality assurance initiatives. The community is described as brand new.

Requirements

• RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership and clinical nursing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the resident care department through supervision and hands-on support of care staff.
• Manage and train resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete assessments and care plans for new and current residents.
• Conduct daily and weekly compliance audits and quality assurance initiatives.
