About The Position
The Resident Care Coordinator directs the day-to-day functions of the community, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards. The role coordinates resident care and shares information with families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers. The coordinator also assists the Executive Director in ensuring that policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed. The position may occasionally cover Med Tech and caregiving shifts.
Requirements
- Background in senior living and caring for seniors.
- Compassion, patience, kindness, and a heart for working with senior adults.
- Creativity, flexibility, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the geriatric population, including people who may have complex medical needs.
- Ability to provide health services training to other community employees and oversee the medication administration program.
- Proficiency in English.

- Experience in operations and clinical oversight in a similar setting.
