About The Position

The Resident Care Coordinator directs the community’s day-to-day functions, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards. The role coordinates resident care and shares information with families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers. The coordinator assists the Executive Director with ensuring that policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed. The position may occasionally cover medication technician and caregiving shifts.

Requirements

Have a background in senior living and caring for seniors.
Be compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with senior adults.
Have creativity, flexibility, time-management skills, and knowledge of the geriatric population, including people with complex medical needs.
Be proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Direct the community’s day-to-day functions.

Occasionally cover medication technician and caregiving shifts.
