About The Position

Navion of Cotswold is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to assist residents with daily tasks and help ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment. The role plans, directs, and assists with resident care staffing and service needs within the scope of the coordinator’s certifications. The position also supports staff training, regulatory compliance, resident documentation and assessments, medication records, community operations, and events. Holidays are required.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Medication Technician certification is required.
General understanding of and concern for the needs of seniors.
Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
Ability to manage team processes and promote a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience or training in an equivalent setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduling for resident care staff.
In collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services, orient resident care staff, monitor their progress, and reinforce training.
Complete Navion Senior Solutions and state-required documentation in a timely manner.
Assist the Director of Clinical Services with implementing state regulations.
Provide manager-on-duty coverage.
Present the community, plan and participate in staff meetings, and plan and implement marketing and community events.
Audit Medication Administration Reports (MARs) and notify the pharmacy of changes.
Conduct regular inspections of resident records and maintain them in accordance with state regulations.
Complete resident assessments in a timely manner, following Navion Senior Solutions and licensure guidelines.
Assist residents with daily tasks and help maintain a safe and enjoyable living environment.
