About The Position

Navion of Cotswold is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to lead and motivate members of the organization. The role oversees community operations and is responsible for financial performance. The successful candidate will communicate effectively, foster a growth-oriented workplace, and demonstrate care for residents. The position oversees care delivery, food service, facilities management, quality assurance, staffing, financial management, regulatory compliance, and the sales and marketing process. The role also supports positive engagement among residents, families, friends, and team members and aims to meet operational, occupancy, and revenue targets.

Requirements

North Carolina Licensed Administrator.
A deep understanding of the senior housing industry, including relevant regulations and best practices.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff, residents, families, and the wider community.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team across several departments.
Commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
Experience working with budgets and financial statements.
Must live in the area or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living.
A college degree.

Oversee sales and marketing to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
