About The Position

Navion of Cotswold, a Navion Senior Living community, is hiring a housekeeper to help maintain a first-class environment in its senior living community. The role supports a clean and orderly setting for residents and their families, contributing to the community’s reputation. The position is PRN. Navion of Cotswold also offers team members access to earned wages through the Tapcheck mobile app.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as an iron, washer and dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment, which may require basic math conversions.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Basic knowledge of English and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding company quality standards.
• Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
• Partner with the community team to support compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
• Follow safety rules and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
