About The Position

Navion of Cotswold, a community of Navion Senior Living, is hiring a housekeeper to help maintain a first-class environment in a high-quality senior living community. The role supports a clean and orderly setting for residents and their families, helping maintain and strengthen the community’s reputation. The housekeeper performs general cleaning in resident suites, public areas, and support areas, and collects, cleans, and redistributes community laundry. The role also supports workplace safety and compliance with OSHA requirements and company risk-management policies. The position is PRN.

Requirements

Able to operate cleaning equipment such as an iron, washer and dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums.
Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Basic knowledge of English and ability to read and communicate in English.

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.

Responsibilities

Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding company quality standards.
Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
Partner with the community team to support OSHA compliance and promote risk-management programs and policies.
Follow safety rules and procedures, including practices involving PPE, fire extinguishers, MSDS, and Lockout Tagout.
Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment.
Work quickly without compromising quality.
