About The Position

Home Again is hiring a part-time Resident Assistant to help create a warm, welcoming, and caring environment for residents. The role provides compassionate support with personal care, meals, mobility, daily activities, and resident requests, while helping maintain a positive community. Part-time and full-time hours are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Requirements

• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and people with physical challenges.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with meals and dining, and provide mobility support, including wheelchair or walking assistance.
• Offer friendly reminders about meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities.
• Support the team with other tasks that help the community run smoothly.
