About The Position

Home Again is seeking a compassionate, dependable Resident Assistant to help create a warm, welcoming, and caring home for residents. The role involves supporting residents with personal care, daily activities, meals, mobility, and social engagement while working collaboratively with the team. Part-time and full-time hours are available across AM, PM, and overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and people with physical challenges.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with meals and dining, and provide mobility support, including wheelchair or walking assistance.
• Offer friendly reminders about meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities.
• Support the team with other tasks that help the community run smoothly.
