About The Position

Home Again is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to help create a warm, welcoming, and caring environment for residents. The role involves supporting older adults and people with physical challenges with personal care, daily activities, meals, mobility, and participation in Life Enrichment activities. Resident Assistants also respond to call lights and contribute to the smooth operation of the community. Part-time and full-time hours are available across AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Have a caring heart and a genuine desire to work with older adults and people with physical challenges.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay calm under pressure.
• Have strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with meals and dining.
• Provide mobility support, including wheelchair or walking assistance.
• Offer friendly reminders about meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities.
• Support the team with other tasks that help the community run smoothly.
