About The Position

Home Again is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to help create a warm, welcoming, and caring environment for residents. The role involves providing respectful personal care and support with daily activities, meals, mobility, and resident engagement. Resident Assistants also respond to call lights and support other tasks that help the community run smoothly. Part-time and full-time hours are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Have a caring heart and a genuine desire to work with older adults and people with physical challenges.
• Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Have strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help residents with meals and dining.
• Provide mobility support, including wheelchair or walking assistance.
• Offer reminders about meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities.
• Perform other tasks that support the community's operations.
