About The Position
Valley View is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant to support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being. The role involves providing personal care, assisting with meals and activities, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for older adults. The position is full time, with a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule and work every other weekend and holiday. Previous caregiving or senior living experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support according to individualized resident service plans.
- Respond promptly to emergency call systems and resident needs.
- Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup.
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
- Support social and recreational activities and encourage resident participation.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, preferences, or health status.
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, snacks, and beverages as needed.
