CAREGIVER, CNA & PCA - Leesburg
About The Position
Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is hiring Resident Assistants, caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs. Resident Assistants help residents feel safe, comfortable, supported, and valued by assisting with personal care, meals, activities, daily routines, mobility, and companionship. They respond to residents’ needs, observe and communicate changes in residents’ conditions, and work with a caring team to maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and independence in a positive living environment. Experience is preferred but is not required for positions eligible for training. The employer offers paid training opportunities. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, meet applicable employment and certification requirements, and successfully complete required screenings. CPR and First Aid certifications must be obtained and maintained as required. Part-time and PRN opportunities are available, with weekday shifts and every-other-weekend positions. Available part-time shifts include first, second, and third shifts; PRN scheduling is based on community needs. The posting advertises a starting rate of $19.45 per hour, with higher pay based on experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must meet applicable employment and certification requirements.
- Must successfully complete required screenings.
- Must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications as required.
- Experience is preferred but not required for training-eligible positions.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
