About The Position

Commonwise is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide home care that supports clients’ safety, independence, and quality of life. The role welcomes a wide range of care professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, MedTechs, Nurse Aides, Companions, PT Assistants, and Nursing Students. Caregivers build meaningful relationships with clients and families, provide reliable and compassionate care, and advocate for clients in community settings. Schedules are flexible, with morning, evening, and night options. Commonwise offers mentorship, training, professional development pathways, recognition, and 24/7 team support. Requirements

• Strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 pounds.
• Driving may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Provide reliable and compassionate care.
• Advocate for clients in community settings.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and support with hobbies and interests.
• Support clients in maintaining their safety, independence, and quality of life.
