About The Position

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is hiring Resident Assistants, Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs. Applicants are invited to attend a weekly walk-in hiring event on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for an on-the-spot interview. No appointment is needed. The starting pay is $19.45 per hour, with higher pay based on experience. Paid training is available, including for people new to the field, and flexible part-time and PRN opportunities are offered across weekday and every-other-weekend shifts. Resident Assistants support residents in everyday life by helping them feel safe, comfortable, supported, and valued. Experience is preferred but is not required for training-eligible positions.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Meet applicable employment and certification requirements.
Successfully complete required screenings.
Obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications as required.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Assist residents with meals, activities, and daily routines.
