About The Position

Join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for residents. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, foster dignity and autonomy, and bring your unique talents to a caring, collaborative team. We are looking for part-time for the following schedule: Float Shifts Consistent availability for this schedule is required and is an essential function of the role. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current QMAP, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED certification
  • 1 year of experience providing personal care preferred.
  • Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.

Responsibilities

  • Treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness while honoring their unique life experiences and cultural values.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and grooming per care plans.
  • Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and maintain proper documentation.
  • Monitor vital signs, report concerns to nursing staff, and respond promptly to resident needs.
  • Support community life by engaging in activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

  • Competitive Pay: $19.30-21.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications - plus shift differentials, when applicable: Evening shift differential +$1.75/hour Overnight shift differential +2.75/hour Weekend shift differential +1.75/hour
