Resident Assistant - Night Shift
About The Position
Legacy Retirement Communities is seeking a family-focused Resident Assistant to support residents’ quality of life. The role assists residents with activities of daily living, responds to page requests during the shift, and monitors changes in residents’ physical or mental behavior. It also includes light housekeeping and laundry to keep residents’ homes neat and tidy, and charting and reporting activities of daily living to help ensure residents receive proper care. This is a full-time night-shift position from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., working three to four shifts per week. The schedule includes every other weekend and rotating holidays.

- Responsibility to assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Time-management skills to answer page requests as needed during the shift.
- Attention to detail to monitor changes in residents’ physical or mental behavior.
