Resident Assistant / Attendant or CNA - NIGHT SHIFT
About The Position
NHC Place Assisted Living at Cool Springs is seeking Resident Assistants or Certified Nurse Aides to work in its assisted living community on the night shift, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Pay is based on experience. The role requires a nurturing disposition and a desire to help residents, along with the ability to connect with residents and their family members while putting residents’ needs first. Candidates should be willing to go above and beyond and support NHC’s mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect resident care.
- Assist with light housekeeping and personal hygiene.
