Resident Assistant / Attendant or CNA - NIGHT SHIFT
About The Position
NHC Place Assisted Living at Cool Springs is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide care to residents in its assisted living community on the night shift, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The position requires a nurturing disposition, a desire to help residents, and the ability to connect with residents and their family members while putting residents’ needs first. Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect resident care.
- Assist with light housekeeping and personal hygiene.
- Escort residents to meals, activities, and other areas within the community.
