About The Position

Vista Prairie at Brentwood, Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring a part-time NOC-shift Resident Assistant. The role provides compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect, supporting residents’ daily personal care, mobility, medication needs, and well-being. The listed schedule is 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. every other weekend. Pay is $19.19–$22.25 per hour, based on experience, with shift differentials of $1 for PM, $2 for NOC, and $3 for weekend shifts. A $1,000 NOC sign-on bonus is listed for 40 or more hours per pay period.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
