About The Position
Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join their team. This community, which opened in the fall of 2021, offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 104-unit, apartment-style setting. The role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, engaging residents, and assisting with medication administration, all while promoting independence and treating residents with respect and dignity.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
