About The Position

Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join their growing team. Cardinal View Senior Living recently opened in fall of 2021 and is easily accessible, right off the Beltline in Middleton, WI. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous 104-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Cardinal View was named to honor the Middleton Area High School Cardinals and is proud to be locally owned! Shifts Available: Full Time/Part time, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays. Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.
Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
Drive the facility bus as needed.
