About The Position

Kettle Park Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Resident Assistant/CNA to join their growing team. Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Kettle Park provides a stable leadership team and welcoming staff! Shifts Available: Full time/Part time/weekends only-All Shifts. HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 wage is based on experience. Requirements

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
