About The Position

Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers to join their inclusive team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be working in their Memory Care Unit. As a Caregiver, you will provide person-centered care to residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule as we work on a 2 week rotation.
• 1+ year of caregiving (CNA or HHA) experience preferred
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
• Level 2 Background Screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearing house.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.
• Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.
• Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.
• Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.
