This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for customer agriculture equipment primarily in a field service setting. Requirements

Two year Associate Degree or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Experience in repairs of agriculture equipment.
Ability to perform some welding and knowledge of cutting torch.
Individual must be self-motivated, organized, and self-sufficient and have the ability to work alone.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of DBS and BMTS.
Willingness to travel.
Pre-employment drug testing conducted.
Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
CDL licensing or the ability to obtain CDL a must.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Individual must live within 20 miles of Williston, ND.

Responsibilities

Performs fieldwork in outlying areas with possibility of overnight stays.
Performs work out of a Field Service Truck.
Available to handle emergency repair situations after hours as needed.
Opportunity for overtime as workload dictates (anything over 8 hours a day is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate).
Completes service reports, time cards, parts returns, etc. in a timely manner.
Communicates effectively with customers and supervisor.
Troubleshooting capabilities within all diesel technology systems and componentry efficiently and accurately (e.g., electrical, hydraulics, and power train).
Performs all aspects of repair and maintenance to the agriculture equipment products they represent.
Makes decisions that are honest, fair and in the best interest of customers, the company and suppliers.
Works with limited supervision.

Performs other duties as assigned.
