About The Position

Reset Specialist - Beverages at PepsiCo, based in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role resets and merchandises PepsiCo brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores. Work is Monday through Friday, starting at 7 a.m. and ending when assigned work is completed. The position involves traveling among store locations and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Ability to pass a forklift test, if applicable.
Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds throughout an 8–10-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Reset shelves, coolers/cold vaults, and other points of purchase in accordance with merchandising standards, customer agreements, and store planograms.
Optimize gondola space and display locations to PepsiCo merchandising standards, including in convenience, gas, drug, and small grocery stores.
Keep back-room stock neat and orderly and rotate products as needed.
Use point-of-purchase materials in each account and ensure execution meets negotiated customer expectations.
Build positive working relationships with store contacts through clear communication, attentiveness, and reliable execution.
Support additional sales and merchandising tasks as assigned, such as rack and point-of-sale deliveries, point-of-sale storage, and mail distribution.
