About The Position

The Reset Specialist performs large-scale display merchandising resets at assigned stores throughout Greater Oviedo, Longwood, Casselberry, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, and Winter Springs, Florida. The role provides reset expertise and supports Keurig Dr Pepper brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai, at retail locations within the assigned territory. The specialist coordinates delivery and merchandising schedules with Sales Representatives and Managers, builds relationships with store personnel, and works to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also identifies incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives and provides feedback on competitor activities. Other similar or related duties may be assigned. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday, first-shift position beginning at 6:00 a.m. Starting pay is $22.06 per hour, increasing to $23.16 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements

At least 2 years of prior reset experience and/or retail merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retailers.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide large-scale display merchandising resets at all stores assigned by the Manager.
Work with Sales Representatives and Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules.
Build effective relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
Provide feedback on competitor activities.
Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
