About The Position

The role supports the sales team during peak periods and absences by completing sales routes, managing customer inventory with handheld devices, and performing merchandising resets at customer locations. The representative creates product displays, provides friendly service to customers and store managers, stays informed about products and promotions, and collaborates with delivery representatives and merchandisers. The role also involves building business relationships through promotions, maintaining open communication, and contributing to team success.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales experience or related education.
Valid Class D driver's license.
Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check in accordance with the Vehicle Safety Policy.
Proficiency using handheld devices for inventory management.
Ability to adapt to different merchandising tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Complete sales routes to support the sales team during peak periods and absences.
