Reservation Center Associate
About The Position
The Reservation Center Associate is the first point of contact for European Wax Center guests, representing the brand by phone and helping guests feel confident about their visits. This role is based in a new office in Humble, Texas, and works as part of a high-energy team supporting multiple centers. Associates use proprietary terminology and scripts to manage reservations, explain offers and services, and respond to guest questions and complaints. The position includes onsite paid training, ongoing coaching, team meetings, and opportunities for performance-based increases and internal promotion. Starting base pay is $13.00 per hour, with scheduled increases to $14.00 within one year and $15.00 within two years.
Requirements
- Naturally confident, outgoing, and bubbly personality.
- Pleasant, professional phone voice.
- Ability to memorize standard responses and provide a consistent guest experience.
- History of excellent attendance.
- Comfort with checklists and willingness to take initiative.
- Eagerness to learn, receive coaching, and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with a bubbly, upbeat attitude.
- Book, move, and manage reservations for multiple centers using company terminology and scripts.
- Educate first-time guests about Free Wax offers and help regular guests schedule services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints patiently and professionally, focusing on solutions.
- Participate in team contests, games, and meetings.
