About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a customer-focused, results-oriented team member for a fast-paced reservation support role. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the position supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. The role also assists with U-Haul’s U-Box portable storage product. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
• Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
• Must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
• Review reports that support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, and help ensure equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
