About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a team-oriented, results-focused Reservation Agent who enjoys providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. The position is based at 5523 53rd Ave S, Fargo, North Dakota 58104, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
Review reports that support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, and help create equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
